Each category offers multiple styles and materials you can choose from to fit the style of your home.

Several Years in Business

JELD-WEN has been in business for 57 years. Over the years they have grown and expanded to all 50 states in North America, as well as 24 other countries primarily in Europe, Australia, and North America. They have developed a brand that is trusted and recommended by many of their customers.

Product Support

JELD-WEN takes the time to listen to and help their customers. Their website offers information that is helpful to all no matter what questions you might have about your new windows and doors. The "Product Support" page on the company's website includes the following options:

• Find window replacement parts
• Contact us
• Service request
• Safety notice
• Ask JELD-WEN
• How-to videos

• Limited Warranty
• Undisclosed Prices

Limited Warranty

Compared to other window repair and window replacement companies, JELD-WEN doesn’t offer the best warranty programs for their windows. Their warranty programs offer 10 years of full coverage, while most other companies offer at least 20-year warranties.

Undisclosed Prices

Unfortunately, JELD-WEN doesn’t disclose prices on their website. This might make it difficult to discern if this company is the right fit for your budget.
