This is the worse Mortgage company I have had dealings with
Have called several times, wait time anywhere for 45min to 3 hrs most of the time the phone goes dead. I think there soul objective is to foreclose on people. You need to check the reviews that people post. All are negative . They are not a mortgage company the are collecting agent. I don't understand why. How can you find out what bank it is? It is not registered with the BBB.

I wanted to refinance with our current mortgage company PHH.
It has been nothing but a nightmare since we went to processing.
Our original Loan Officer Robert Upton was FANTASTIC, but the process after the initial application was so sub-standard, I wish I had never begun.

They have done nothing well they are inefficient and maybe their customer service is out of the USA
