From the beginning of our business relationship the company and their representative established an aura of truthfulness and professionalism. All the numbers quoted were verified to my satisfaction and all the information PHH required to complete the mortgage process were retrieved and used expeditiously. The entire mortgage process went so smoothly that it was concluded in about twenty two days. Excellent company!

I like the Customer Service Representatives, they treat customers kind with respect, they really work with with me on hardship when I got layoff during pandemic, and gave me a forbearance plan so I can get on my feet again.

This is the worse Mortgage company I have had dealings with Have called several times, wait time anywhere for 45min to 3 hrs most of the time the phone goes dead. I think there soul objective is to foreclose on people. You need to check the reviews that people post. All are negative . They are not a mortgage company the are collecting agent. I don't understand why. How can you find out what bank it is? It is not registered with the BBB.

I wanted to refinance with our current mortgage company PHH. It has been nothing but a nightmare since we went to processing. Our original Loan Officer Robert Upton was FANTASTIC, but the process after the initial application was so sub-standard, I wish I had never begun.

Very good company. Easy to work with. Never had a problem with them. They always send us print outs of what we paid and when. They keep us updated.
