I WENT TO THE MANASSAS STORE WITH A LARGE GIFT CARD THIS MORNING WHEN THEY OPENED AND WENT DIRECTLY TO THE CLINIQUE SECTION AND ASKED SOMEONE FOR SOME HELP WITH A PRODUCTS SHE HAD TO GO CHECK WITH A MANAGER AND NEVER RETURN SO I TRIED AGAIN AND THE CLERK TOLD ME THERE WERE no CLINIQUE SPECIALS., AND ACTED AS IF i HAD A DISEASE AND LEFT, I WENT TO THE CHECK OUT AND LEARNED THE CLINIQUE GIFT SET I WAS PURCHASING WAS 1/2 PRICE. iF I HAD KNOWN THAT I WOULD HAVE BOUGHT MORE.....I WILL GIVE THE MONEY LEFT ON MY GIFT CARD TO SOMEONE WHO WANTS NO SERVICES AT THE STORE.

I am absolutely so disappointed with Ulta. While half of my order came in a timely manner, it’s been almost a month while I’ve been waiting for my other half. I’ve reached out multiple times to get the same story over and over again and even a replacement order shipped and I just got told to give it another MONTH to see if my things will come. How ridiculous!!

I went into the store with my daughter in Simsbury and she bought me some coverup makeup. The store was clean and customer service was available. It was hard to find what i was looking for. The store set up was confusing to me and i felt the prices were on the more expensive side. I probably would not return them myself to purchase makeup.

I like that Ulta carries a variety of products at different price points, however I never feel like the workers really know what they’re talking about when I have questions. And the sample products are always broken or gross looking at the store I usually go to.

I will always choose Sephora over Ulta. I don't dislike Ulta...their products are good and competitively priced..I just have not had the best experiences. Staff has not seemed particularly helpful and/or knowledgeable. They often don't have products in stock.

Package marked delivered but not received. A lot of back and forth with customer service with no help. Only Package out of 50+ of shopping deliveries not received. Wont have it in time for Christmas. So disappointed! Never shopping there again!

The service I have received has been inconsistent and my online order said it was undeliverable with no fault of my own. An overall disappointing experience for me. I've spent thousands over the years on cosmetics for myself and others as a Platinum Status member, and now prefer to shop at competitor stores if possible.

Ulta in Mansfield TX First I saw are half empty shelves. I ask for assistance to find hyaluronic acid serum . The employee didn't know their products, wasn't helpful at all! Keep saying that I can order online and it will be delivered to my house for free. She didn't show me a single thing!!!

Terrible customer service, they do not ask what your reason is for returning something or ask if they can help you find something else. Also when buying something they do not know their products well. This is at the Valley Fair Mall, go figure such a lowlife mall anyway. It's West Valley, will never shop there again!!

The worst customer service you can experience they don’t solve any problems or give solutions when doing wrong. I received a gift card used it online and had a 38 cents remaining balance instead of using the gift card they used my debit card for the whole purchase and refused to refund me the money and didn’t even care to offer a solution.
