Horrible customer services! Purchased item as a gift but received it with damaged and deformed outside box. I requested for an exchange but was refused because the customer representative believe the outside box damage doesn’t count “damage”. I can’t believe they are selling such a “looks used”product as a brand new one to their customers and refused to replace a product with horrible quality in U.S today!
