I purchased a few items from the Sephora located in the JCPenney store and was disappointed that they would not return some items that I have purchased from a Sephora location, even though their policy is accept return on all item bought at Sephora. I had to drive all the way back to the previous location which was further away from my home.

JCPenney has great makeup, but I don't think the price is worth the products you receive.
