HSN

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I SPENT OVER $650 ON 3 orders and 2 of them right the one that was missing the smart plug ( the dot and smart plug package ) , this is the series of events: didn't receive the smart plug so I contacted HSN and she said it would be shipped out in 2 days , ok sound good, called back a week later and I was informed that I need to contact the manufacturer, ugh so I did ,and they told me they couldn't help me and to contact HSN, so I told them to forget it and refund my money , minus the Dot, it cost me 6$ because they only refunded me 15 for the plug , it was the best$6 dollars I've ever spent, I just want to cut my losses and be done with this whole situation, LESSON LEARNED DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN!!!!!!!
