HSN

HSN is wonderful! I love the convenience of being able to order from my phone from the comfort of my living room chair. Customer service is always friendly and helpful. Not to mention the products are amazing... Especially the beauty products.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! I SPENT OVER $650 ON 3 orders and 2 of them right the one that was missing the smart plug ( the dot and smart plug package ) , this is the series of events: didn't receive the smart plug so I contacted HSN and she said it would be shipped out in 2 days , ok sound good, called back a week later and I was informed that I need to contact the manufacturer, ugh so I did ,and they told me they couldn't help me and to contact HSN, so I told them to forget it and refund my money , minus the Dot, it cost me 6$ because they only refunded me 15 for the plug , it was the best$6 dollars I've ever spent, I just want to cut my losses and be done with this whole situation, LESSON LEARNED DO NOT ORDER FROM HSN!!!!!!!
