H-e-b 4724 Hwy 6, Missouri City, TX 77459‑4180 I love this location. There are two particular employees who are so amazing I felt the need to write a review. Tom I believe is a cashier at this location, he was so nice, kind, humble, pleasant and inviting. He made our checkout experience an amazing one. He is definitely an asset to HEB. Kevin works in the nutritional/health section. Kevin always have a big smile on his face and he also is so nice and super helpful. Kevin and Tom both are true examples of exceptional customer service. It’s great to know companies employ great employees like Kevin and Tom. Great customer service is hard to come by now but thanks to Kevin and Tom they give me hope in companies like HEB. They both shine when it comes to great, exceptional, outstanding customer service.
