We are sorry your experience was damaged by one file. In reality we provide vector files in AI, EPS and PDF. Which are 100% transparent and have infinite resolution and size. Vector files should be used for any editing as any designer will tell you. Once we understood you wanted to work only with PNG file and you needed a large scale PNG file, we had readily provided you with one.
