Customer Satisfaction

- Place your order
- Creative brief
- Work in progress
- Quality assurance
Design Ocean makes customer satisfaction a priority by offering a money-back guarantee.
The Bad
- Design Quantity
Design Quantity
While Design Ocean guarantees excellent quality for logos, you don’t get as many design options to choose from as compared with some other design companies, those with especially crowdsourced logo contests. On the plus side of this aspect, not having tons of options may make it easier to make a decision.
The Bottom Line
Design Ocean stands out from competitors with its specialty in web design, development, and hosting alongside logo design services. And while the company doesn’t produce the quantity of designs that a crowdsourcing company does, the full-service design agency capabilities, including unlimited revisions, compensates for this.
