I needed a loan to pay down my debt and based on the information from my credit report, Best Egg was recommended. I was skeptical at first because of the process, having to give my account information, but I conquered my fear and decided to apply anyway. I was approved within minutes and the funds were deposited into my account within hours. I am truly thankful!

The process literally took minutes. I wanted to consolidate some of my credit card debt and am only subject to an interest rate of 4.99APR for $5k. It's a no brainier compared to paying the outrageous APR on transitional credit cards. I'll have my money I'm the next 1-3 days and apply the amounts I want. I can also pay off the loan early with no penalty. This is a no brainier guys and girls!

Applying was easy and they are doing most of the work with Direct Pay and Autopay. I only have to wait for the final payment date to arrive. Now that's really what I would call hassle free. Lower monthly payments mean that I will have more money in my pocket during these covid times. Etc., etc., etc.. I could go on and on. I just got my loan approved.

Application was smooth and easy, without a lot of unnecessary details requested (which are in the credit report anyway). After the first few online steps, they were honest with the amount I was pre-approved to apply for, and approved the loan in the same online session. Probably most unique was the fair interest rate(s) and the itemized payback options, allowing me to choose the best rate vs payback schedule. I even had a chance to log out, think about the rates, log back in, and complete later. Fantastic, straightforward experience!

I just applied for my second loan with Best Egg because the first went so well. They are easy to deal with . The information is straight forward. On line live chat was really helpful when I had a computer glitch. Best Egg came through with a decent rate when banks and other companies I have had credit with for years increased by rates by ridiculous amounts. Now I can pay off the debt and actually PAY off the debt. Thank you Best Egg.

This was super easy to navigate and go through! My interest rates on my credit cards were super high and I wasn’t making any leeway with them and I found this website through a government issued website I was scrolling through and the interest rate is so much lower and I’ll be saving so much more money and I’m glad that I’m on a payment plan for something I can afford so I’m very grateful… Thank you for your service!

I love Bestegg! I have been working with them for about 4 years now. My credit debt has gone down overall and my credit score has gone up considerably. I really appreciate the options in loans and it gets easier and easier each time I apply. They have always been fair even though I have not always been approved. Keep working on your credit and they will work with you!

I had gotten a 10k loan through best egg last year and it was really helpful to start consolidating debt. I was able to start school and put it in my credit card, which had a much better rate than having to take out a school loan! I'm now half way through with school and took out another loan to cover what was left on my initial loan plus what is currently on my credit card from school. I plan to use them going forward. They are quick and easy and definitely helped us consolidate! Thank you!

Was just approved for my second loan. This is the best company to go through for any loan needs. Never had any issues and they fund the money quickly. Very straightforward and clear on terms and fees. No surprises, exactly as they stated. Lower interest than any other companies I checked with. When I got my first loan I had sub par credit and still got a good interest rate and was approved immediately. Thank you, Best Egg, for allowing me to get my credit back on track and pay down my debt.

I liked the patience and understanding that those who worked with me made me comfortable as I was guided through the process. Also, they were professional and appeared to understand my dilemma to assist me in my decisions regarding the loan. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to obtain the loan and how quickly it was processed. I have nothing negative to say regarding my experience with Best Egg!

I was really impressed with Bes Egg online experience. I have been planning for a while and looking for best deals. I recently had an emergency and had been turned down before so I ended up with another agency. I will say it again, Best Egg is the BEST Egg, this will help to get back on track and the payments will be lower than I was making. With a new grandson who just arrived and my son and daughter in-law furloughed, some of this money will be spent modifying our living space for baby!

Julia, the representative who helped me on the phone, was great! She was able to pull up my account and even got on the phone with my Bank to verify the last final things that we needed to get done to finalize the loan. We were able to get approved and everything got squared away! It was a 50 minute phone call but she was amazing and patient. Thank you!

Easy process! I’ve had a loan with them since 2018 and I’m planning to use this one to pay it off and consolidate our credit cards and during a time when things are so uncertain and stressful, this was truly the best experience I’ve had getting a loan (aside from the high interest rate even though my credit is excellent, my credit card use is only 17% and I’ve had a loan with them in good standing for two years with no late payments or over drafts).

I am 71 years old and not very computer literate. I have attempted 3 loan offers prior to this and have given up on each because I could not link the things they needed or photo and send others. This was the easiest loan I have ever applied for and I am confident in its security. Thank you for making things easy for those of us who did not grow up with a smart phone in their hands!

However, this is not the first time I've worked with Best Egg. They served me well in the past without any issues. It helps to pay your financial obligations in timely manner. This is by far one of the easiest ways of getting a loan in a timely manner. I have 0% credit card balances that will expire soon and this loan will help to pay off the balance with the same amount of money. I had previous loan with Best Egg and know that the experience with this one will be good. I'm ready to get rid of credit card debt for good and Best Egg is allowing me to do that.

Best Egg has always given me the best loan rate, along with a seamless application process. Yes, there is an origination fee, but it is completely worth it. On my most recent refinance, I was offered 3.5% less interest while getting a shorter term length; I am saving thousands of dollars while paying the loan off a year early. They also make it easy to pay extra on the principal, unlike some competitors.

Extremely easy and quick process. Submitted application on a Sunday and approved Monday morning. Needed to reduce balances on credit cards and consolidate payments. While the interest rate is slightly lower than the interest rate on my cards. I was able to obtain a much lower monthly payment and significantly reduce the balances on my credit cards. Now the self discipline comes in, don't use credit cards for daily needs, save for emergencies.

I used this company once before to get a personal loan and the process was great. Just used them again and the process was smoother than before. I don’t have major items to build my credit as all of those are paid off so I use personal loans at times to remodel while continuing to build credit. Best Egg is a great company and I highly recommend them. Paid my previous loan off early with no penalty.

Very friendly customer service, loan payments that are simple and easy to understand, quick approval, and an easy to navigate website! What's not to love?! Hopefully, after trust builds my offer will be even better next time! :)

Overall the experience was simple and fast. However, there was a period during the process (about 1 day) where I knew I was approved, but hadn't yet received the funds deposit and I got very nervous. Due to having given so much sensitive info over the internet, I was worried. Also during this period, I couldn't login into my account. It turned out, Bestegg was just in the process of sending me the requested loan funds and my account couldn't be set up until the funds had been deposited. I understand this from their perspective, but from my perspective I had no idea about the timing. So, because online loans can be so potentially shady and dangerous, I would recommend Bestegg communicate better with its clients every step of the way. Beyond that, the service was great and I've been found Bestegg to be very trustworthy.

This is the second loan that I have had with Best Egg. The company has an easy to use website to view information. I held off on a second loan until I was happy with the rate that I was offered, and I am excited to pay off much higher rate credit cards that I had closed out and was struggling with. Great company to deal with; Straightforward and no hidden surprises on the terms to pay off the loan.

I was skeptical to give Bank info at first. Then I googled why and how it was needed/used. Lots of different "Opinions" on this so I waited to call a representative to make certain this wasn't a scam. Rep "Rita" was more than hospitable and very precise in assuring me all was well. I sent bank info then faxed the simple documentation needed to continue the process and that was it.
