The people on the phone were extremely nice. They answered all of my questions without making me feel like an idiot. The loan was easy to apply for and when I had a question it was promptly answered. Great customer service. I highly recommend this company primarily because of their employee's professionalism and the ease of applying for a loan.

Excellent and quick!! This experience was seamless no hassle and waiting days for an answer! Same day response, not like traditional banks or credit unions where they have you jumping through hoops and don't approve you in the end, this place shops for you and finds a way to get you the funds!! Banks suck they are useless when it comes to needing funds fast, they say they help the community BS they don't work for you like Best Egg did for my needs. Period. Happy customer!

The process in applying was pretty simple and fast. I've looked at several options before submitting my final application, and realized that it gave me the best APR and terms of the loan. It is my first time applying with this company, and I am satisfied of the initial process - no documents to upload, etc. Of course, the simple process does not apply to everyone but so far, I am happy with the outcome.

My spouse and I have been married almost 13 years and like everyone else; swimming in debt. After trying everything over the years we decided to give this company one last try. Not only have we consolidated a bunch of credit debt but the interest rate is now cut in half! Everyone at this company made this simple and nobody is paying us to say this either! We care about paying back our our debt PERIOD.

This is and was the absolute best customer service experience ever. In addition, the ease of applying was a blessing. Best Egg has clearly took the time to understand how to work with individuals like myself and it is obvious Best Egg Underwriters are the best in the industry. I chose Best Egg over a lender with a lower APR solely based on the customer service experience. Thank you! I will use Best Egg now and forever no matter the cost.

I was in a Crunch at the time and I check my credit score and they was out there to apply for a credit and at the time I was in desperate need to help with an emergency bill that I couldn't get no help with at that time. I reached out to them and they approved for a loan to cover a bill, they approved me funded my account within 24 hours. I have had a sudden negative event happen that caused me not get paid for over a month due to having to take a temporary leave from my job. I am single so had no one else's income to help. Every other financial institution just looked at numbers and refused to help at all. Not Best Egg, they cared and made a humiliated about to give up on life person feel as though I DO matter. I have bad credit. I won't deny that. I searched 19 different company's and my APR would have been nearly 130%. Then I stumbled onto BestEgg on Credit Karma and applied. I was approved for the money I needed quickly and everyone genuinely cared about getting me back on track. With an APR of less then 30% too. I received my approval in about 16 hours and money within 48 hours. Literally cried my eyes out when I was told I was approved. This loan basically changes my life's current path into a brighter future. My wife will no longer have to worry. Thank God for BestEgg!

I received an excellent offer for a loan. It was easy to apply and took little time to get approved. The interest rate was fair. I have peace of mind that I was able to consolidate my debt at a much lower interest rate. The loan term was what I was looking for and my monthly payment is manageable. I received my funding very quickly. I've worked very hard to maintain my good credit rating and with this loan, my credit rating will improve.

Blessed people doing blessed things I’d say. They just made it more likely for me to be able to move to California to be near my elderly grandparents, if it is God’s will. Thank you all. Very easy to apply. Feel in your details, validate your bank account, submit 4 documents to verify your identity and income and that's it. Literally the easiest thing I have done since the pandemic. I decided to set up automatic payments for the peace of mind which was done with ease: A checkbox. There is a 6% fee untop of the interest which is fine by me. Also amazing customer service!! No probing and silly questions. They helped me out of a bind and I am happy to pay for that help. Thank you Bestegg! You have a forever customer! Highly recommend!

Easy process, especially for returning customers. Apr's are reasonable for a personal loan, autopay is easy too. I like the feature of logging into your bank to confirm account details to make sure funds go to the right account as well. I will definitely keep using Best Egg for future personal loans as easy financing. No early pay off penalties or anything like that. Well, THAT was painless. Terms easy to understand; apparently the loan will appear in my business account in 3 days; We'll see. Interest rate is what I'd expect for an unsecured loan. I'll pay this off early to save money, but as an independent contractor, these bridge loans with minimal documentation are a real life saver. The line between liquidity and bankruptcy following the pandemic is quite sheer. A quick loan without usurous interest rates is a godsend in this new normal. Let's see what happens when the money lands in my account.

You get a better interest rate if you allow them to directly pay off some of your credit cards before depositing the rest of the loan into your bank account. That was awesome since I am using the money for that purpose anyway. They were able to verify my income and approve me immediately by linking them into my bank account where my paychecks are directly deposited. No need to fax income verification docs if your pay is directly deposited. Best Egg is the best!

I was approved with a less than 600 CS and used the funds to pay down some credit cards to improve my score. Plan to payoff the loan within 6 months! I would love to use this service in the future.
