I had issues with truncated email messages. Talkus offered no reference point for the truncated messages and no solution to the problem. I went back and forth with them for over a week before they effectively gave up. They suggested that I use a different service because they hadn’t seen truncated issues before.
Very disappointed. Would not recommend this service to anyone.
