I was super nervous at first but after taking the Byte journey I would have to say the first 3 weeks there were significant improvements in my smile. My teeth not only started getting straight, they whitened more, my bite aligned properly and it was painless. I definitely recommend Byte fpr your journey for the perfect smile.

I am half-way through my byte journey. We were noticing my teeth were moving at slower pace than originally planned. This has been an exciting and easy experience all around. I was surprised to start seeing results in the second week of my treatment and bright byte is an easy way to whiten your teeth. The hyper byte is awesome as it makes the aligners fit better and more comfortable.

Aligners are comfortable and easy to use. Customer service is quick to respond and very helpful with any questions that I have had. I would highly recommend Byte for anyone looking for invisible aligners! It is way more affordable than Invisalign and just as effective as long as you strictly follow the instructions.

My experience has been great so far! Customer service is responsive and quick to help. There is some slight discomfort when starting, but it’s part of the process and doesn’t last! Easy to follow steps and great that all your aligners are ready instead of waiting for new ones.

I’m not quite done with my treatment plan but I am very happy that I chose Byte to fix my teeth. I’ve been amazed by their responsiveness to my inquiries. It has been very convenient to do the impressions and take photos from home, with a professional reviewing them and creating a detailed treatment plan. I am 5 weeks into my treatment and have found byte to have been a good choice. Treatment is going as explained by their treatment plan and help is only a text away. This system is very easy to follow but depends on the user in order to get results. All in all I am satisfied so far and look forward to the end result.

This has been such a great experience and so easy! I am on week 11 so far (so about half way) and the process has been really interesting. You send in a mold of your teeth and they pretty much do the rest. Each customer has their own service rep who is there every step of the way. Can't wait to see my new smile!

I opted for the nighttime aligners and I’m so glad I did! They are comfortable and I can sleep right through my treatment! I would recommend them to anyone that’s thinking about it.

I really wanted to like them. I would have given a much higher rating if my insurance had covered the treatment and the treatment had actually corrected my issues. I received the aligners as promised. My main issues were not resolved in the treatment time frame. Three of my aligner trays cracked with regular use. I did follow treatment guidelines with length of wear each day. Customer service is usually excellent. The policy is that if not satisfied with results or if teeth revert to poor dentition then retreating is gratis. However, expect no bells or whistles with the second round--Not even the cleaning solution. Make do with vinegar and water to clean your trays or cough up $30.

Overall not a bad experience. The HyperByte really helps with the discomfort of moving teeth. Customer service is great. Had some fit issues in the beginning and was sent a new set of aligners and those were much better. Just finished my last week and while the overall results are great, there is still just one area I feel does not exactly match the original treatment plan I was shown. With that being said, I am not sure I want to go through the process of getting new aligners so I might just suck it up since its close.

So far, Byte has been good. My aligners kind of hurt but that is to be expected. Customer support has been fairly responsive; my byte advisor was great with explaining the payment options and working with me to split between credit card and HSA payments. There is one situation where I reached out to support because my aligner was not sitting correctly. I did not receive a follow up regarding the matter in the timeline given. Otherwise, no issues and would recommend if your realignment is fairly straightforward.
