Whirlpools customer service knowledge and information was adequate. I feel they tried their best but some things fell short. They were still very friendly.

We had a whirlpool AC unit for a few years and it got us through some brutal summers cranking almost 24 hours at a time. We got a lot of bang out of our buck for this purchase.
