The La Quinta we stayed at was satisfactory. It was a older one so it wasn't very updated. Loved how big and deep the pool was. Rooms were pretty clean.

We made reservations in one of the Los Angeles locations and it was awful. We literally stayed 10 min and found another hotel to stay at since we couldn't even bring our bags in. And it look like there was some shady business going on in there.

Hit and miss with La Quintana, the one in Idaho Falls, ID is fantastic, Lynnwood, WA not so much... The one in Portland, OR is nice, however the Vancouver, WA is ghetto.

This is definitely not my first choice for a hotel. I've only stayed in one, and hopefully that's my last time. My reservation was messed up, and the person I was working with was rude about the mess up. Not ideal customer service.

Where as this used to be a great hotel chain they have fallen far from grace. Their once nice rooms and good service have now become predictably bad with worn rooms, tired employees, and sketchy environments.
