Unsold does have some terms and conditions to be aware of, including the following: 

• You cannot use Unsold to make reservations for a third party you are not traveling with. 
• When participating Unsold hotels offer complimentary travel incentives, you can only use one of these incentives every two years. 
• You cannot use a complimentary travel incentive for group travel, so additional rooms need to be purchased.
