It took them 169 hours to respond to me when they told me it was going to be maximum 48 hours. I had Coronavirus and still don't have hot water to bathe because they are taking so long to finish the process!

This company is a SCAM!! READ THE SMALL PRINT. IT DOES NOT COVER INSTALLATION. It covers some parts but not INSTALLATION. Also, they will make an excuse not to pay for your broken AC or appliance.

You do not get what you paid for. Read the fine print. What a pain to get your reimbursement check. All they do is say sorry that’s our policy. All I can say is stay far away from this warranty.

Their interpretation of repairs and maintenance is two different things. Develop a freon leak and that's maintenance, not repair. Seriously! TIP OF THE DAY! They are RIP offs! Will report them to BBB.

This the worst home warranty company. I’ve had to open 2 claims with them and both time my experience was horrible. There lack of response on an open claim & turn around time on a resolution is poor.

Company jerked me around for a week, before telling me my issue wasn't covered. Don't let anyone buy a warranty from this company, go with American Home Shield at least they do their job!
