Not good at all. Tech that came out at first didn’t explain how to use anything. Didn’t tell me that i have only three days to return for full refund because if i had known i would of.

It’s okay. Not really what I expected. The app stalls really bad when you try to view who is at you house if you are not home.

My experience with Vivint has been horrible. My door lock is not put on correctly and we have to fix it constantly. I have called several times with the last time being that I was going to get a callback. I never did.

Horrible! They Representive Mike and Customer Service advised they would provide paper copy of documentation to me! They never provided what they promised! For this reason I'm ready to terminate the contract!

They are deceitful in their sales tactics. I was told it is a SLAM sale. Their equipment is disconnected I went back to my original company, Older. Alder. I do not want a company that lies from the start of the sale.

Very misleading . Quality does not match up to the hype. Poor customer service. Can’t reach anyone for help. You have to email or text to get help but you get no answer back

Not good. A lot of broken promises. Salesman said a lot of stuff that didn't happen and customer service does not side with the customer over the salesman.

The best thing about vivint’s security system is the cameras because you can talk through them.

I’ve been promised things that I have still not received. It always seems to mark the system as not locked when it is locked and it goes off without being triggered.

Middle of the road. The doorbell cam quit working within three weeks after installation. I was on the phone for 50 minutes before I was able to speak with a live person.

Pretty good for features but way too expensive. Add a long term contract and high pressure sales, I would not recommend to any one who wasn't rich.
