Good, I was expecting a delay entry on at least one door. There isn't. My only complaint on the system.

Rocky start. None of the equipment was explained to me when installed. Things seem to be not working again. Quality ok. But price is a bit much.

So so. Ales an made claims that were not backed up by the contract. Read the contract carefully and understand it's stipulations before signing.

Horrible, pushy salesman, zero customer service, stated they attempted to contact me for removal of the system and we're going to charge me for it because I never answered which was a lie.

Terrible. I still do not have all my equipment that I purchased in August. I am paying full price. And my service representative said my fee was waived until December, however my payment is still taken out.

Didn't install the cameras right, poor camera vision at night. Door lock has to have battery's replaced every couple of weeks. Camera wires just run down the wall. Customer service is the poorest I have ever delt with.
