The service team in Boise, ID is very responsive and helpful. We have been Peak customers for over 23 years, and have never had a single problem.

Be careful when dealing with this company. They will get you to sign for services that you do not need. The installation of their equipment is extremely expensive, but what is worse is that they will pull out that equipment if you don't pay their exorbitant monthly fees. We have an office building that they are making us pay over $500 per month in monitoring fees and they are also charging our tenants for the same services and fees. We have paid over $40,000 in equipment costs. We have equipment failures that they won't come and fix. Be careful.
