Cox Homelife Reviews

We have Cox Homelife as well as Cox TV, telephone and internet service. We are long term customers of Cox and are very pleased with all services. Any questions and concerns are resolved quickly. We originally had ADT for security and were happy with their services but the increased prices over the years caused us to switch to Cox.

Simple product. Technicians are great. Sales could be more honest but the overall product is great. Cameras work fine at home or several hundred miles away on my phone. Door lock is awesome. Highly recommend the light bulbs and setting up rules so certain bulbs come on at certain times.

Works as advertised. One time I entered the wrong code to disarm it and before I knew it, someone was over to double check my residence.
