People seem friendly and know their information. However, i was rushed from chair to chair (I was looking for a recliner), told to pick a chair, and suddenly''' with addons for type of fabric, style of chair, warranty, etc. had a bill of $1700. When I saidvthe bill was too high, some costs were subtracted, a few were added, and I was in debt for half the cost while waiting for six to eight weeks ( still has not come) to pay the remaining $800 or so dollars.

Sales reps turnover rapidly and seem not to be very knowledgeable about their products. I purchased an area rug there and found it to be of very poor quality. I have been satisfied with the quality of the furniture I purchased there.e.

I purchased a couch from La-Z-Boy and within a month the leather started tearing. After speaking to the store a manger they replaced the couch and the same thing occurred again.

Good quality, but they don't stand behind their furniture. Poor guaranty department.
