I really like Ashley. I helped my sister buy a couch through them, and they were great to work with, and the price was decent too. Delivery was timely and efficient.

Just purchased a big sofa set this past fall. I love it. They were a great store to deal with. Sent out a service rep to fix a faulty part of the cushion.

We bought our leather couch set from Ashley Furniture. It was the only place that had oversized leather couches in the style we liked.

Couches and tables top quality. However my shag rug didn't stand the test of time. In 6 months one area was completely worn.

Customer service is mediocre at best. Great looking furniture but not meant to last. Everytime I’ve purchased Ashley it hasn’t lasted more than two years before needing to be replaced.

Ashley has expensive prices unless you happen to go when they are having one of their amazing sales. Furniture is decent quality, but not for the prices.

Bought most of my home’s furniture from Ashley. They have a warranty that covers most issues you will face and the prices aren’t bad.

Decent furniture for money, but I wouldn't finance from them. Pay cash or use another credit card.

I ordered 6 pieces of furniture and every single item had an issue. Two months later and they are still "resolving" the issue. I recommend you take your business elsewhere.
