We bought 2 Ashley Furniture couches about 12 years ago. They have held up well and we still have them. The quality of Ashley can be trusted and are a great value for your money.

We bought our living room furniture from Ashley. They had several styles to choose from at an affordable price. They didn't seem like super high quality pieces, but I've been pleasantly surprised at how well everthing has held up! They still look nice!

We bought a china hutch from Ashley. We shopped around for a specific style and price and ended here. It's mostly been for decoration, not really being "used" but rather "seen" -- but it's held up really well. Some of the glass pieces feel cheap, but it hasn't mattered much. Happy overall!

Ashley Furniture used to have good quality furniture. But now it's extremely poor quality these days. About 12-13 years ago, my now ex-husband and I bought a bed from Ashley and it was great and it lasted us many years. But when you go to the store now, you can tell they skip corners and take short cuts and make cheaper quality furniture. I won't ever buy furniture there again because I think the quality is really poor and if I'm going to spend a lot of money on furniture, I want to get what I pay for. Good quality furniture that will last a long time.

Met with first salesman who promised all kinds of deals, went back a week later he is no longer there and no deals. It took 6 months a 3 "technicians " to get the chairs mostly level

Looked for a product, found it on-line, went to the store, they had it for the price as advertised. Made purchase, great is as advertised

Delivery took almost a month when told two week. Furniture was damaged. It took them almost two weeks to respond. Then said we will order you another piece to replace the damage. Still haven't seen anything as of yet. It's been over a week.

Applied to build credit.. Paid back $1100 before the year was up. Made last payment March of this year.. They closed my account even though I never missed a payment paid on time and early. Said because my other card ratio were high even though it reported a 100% on time payments for over a year. I personally Believe it's because I hadn't used the card in 6 months . If this how you reward good paying customers I don't need it

We discovered Ashley furniture by accident, when they first opened. We've been back several times and plan to do so again, anytime we need furniture.

Despite sitting on the exact couch we wanted in the store, they still managed to send us the wrong color. We had to refuse the couch upon delivery. When we called up support, they said the color that we wanted was at least 2 months on backorder so we canceled and they held on to our money for another week before refunding our money.

Good quality furniture and easy financing. I don't like, however, how the sales people follow you around. If I have a question, I will come find you.

I recently went in to Ashley and was disappointed to find that there was not one item I would consider buying. I was looking for a fairly simple sectional couch. They are not up to date with current styles and they quality doesn't seem up to par. Everything is very outdated. I will not be returning.

First they tried to sell me furniture for much more than website prices, then when called about cracked 40 dollar lamp from 2200 dollar order, was assured I would get a phone call from manager after two calls. Didnt happen. Emailed corp, no response. No time for games. I'll eat it and take my business elsewhere. The bigger a company gets, the more they could care less. They put more energy into proclaiming great customer service than actually providing it.

I bought a couch recently from Ashely Furniture and although the price was great, the quality isn't. The fabric on the back is pulling away and when you sit in a particular spot there is a creek and sounds as if the couch is going to fall apart. They sell great looking products but the quality doesn't seem to be reliable.

I got the comfiest couch at Ashley. My whole family can fit because it’s a sectional. There were so many cute ones to choose from and the delivery was great

Good selection at a reasonable price for quality furniture. We have some Ashley couches we expected to only survive a few years, but they are still going strong after 10 years.

Even though I could not find what I was really wanted, the sales person did try very hard to help me find what I needed. He provided several options and even try to see what upcoming items may fit my needs. I found the prices comparable to other companies.

We got the best leather couch and it is huge. We paid for the warranty on it and that we would also getting leather cleaner and conditioner whenever we needed it. Last time we went to refill it they told us they would no longer honor this. Very disappointing.

I like their selection and their price. The quality is definitely not as high as other brands but I am getting a good deal. A couple pieces just didn't hold together very well for me.

The overall quality of their furniture is great! They last at a good amount of time with out rips. The pricing is kind of high but it is all for that great quality.

They have a decent selection of furniture in a variety of price ranges. My couch however has not lived up to the promises made by the sales staff.

We purchased a living room set from Ashley. The couches did not hold up well. The fabric was fuzzy and dirty after a short period of time. The console tables that we purchased had cheap thin laminate so it came apart very shortly after purchasing them. We would not shop at Ashley for future furniture purchases.

I purchased something on line, within seven months it broke. The actual store would not help because I bought the item from their on line store and the online store told me the item was did not have a warranty and the do not give refunds!?!?

Bought a table here and it has fallen apart. Had it replaced once and the new one warped also. The chair cushions have come off and the screws are falling out of them. Called the company for a replacement, because we bought a lifetime warranty. Jokes was on us, because the warranty was only for the first table. They forgot to mention that we needed to buy a lifetime warranty for the replacement. Our really expensive sectional just broke that we got there and I’m afraid to call. Never again Ashley Furniture!

Bought a sectional from Ashley and have been really disappointed with it’s quality. It wasn’t a cheap couch either. The cushions started sagging quickly and they made the couch look old and cheap. I was hoping for more with a several thousand dollar couch.

We bought a bedroom set for our daughter here. It was very solid and has held up great. Sometimes the drawers stick a little but for a kids dresser it is fine.

Maybe because when I moved out to college and on my own there prices seemed more appealing to my budget but as the saying goes you get why you paid for and they lasted maybe 1 year before you needed new furniture.
