The Bad

• Design it yourself feature
• Lacking customization

The design it yourself feature is not as amazing as we thought it would be. After selecting the design it yourself option you can choose 1 of 9 themes and then you are limited to items that fit within that specific theme. When we saw the words design it yourself we assumed that you would be able to design every aspect of the basket but it appears that you are limited in your design by whatever them you choose.

The Bottom Line

We love how accommodating this business is for people that live in the Houston area or other parts of Texas. If the kind of service they offer to customers close to them is a reflection of how they treat their customers all over the nation then we would recommend using their website. The menus on their homepage are easy to navigate and they clearly outline the 3 different ways that customers can place an order.
