It's super easy to use and they've delivered on time every time. They do end up being expensive, though

The pricing is outrageous. The flowers are beautiful. The packaging could be better as sometimes the followers come squished.

Occasionally I’ll buy flowers from here and the quality has been hit or miss for the most part. Easy to order but sad flowers are not a good gift

Like the convenience but wasn't overly impressed with quality of the flowers. Would rather pay more for local product.

Absolute worst. Flowers didn’t come, rather than refund they offered me a $20 credit. Need to contact my bank now.
