I've used this service a number of times...mainly for valentines day and its been fine. They contract with local florists so its not this company that actually fulfills orders. My only complaint is that they are super expensive...you can normally get a better price somewhere else. But they are reliable and the arrangements have always been nice.

When I have purchased flowers for my wife or family members, they have always been beautiful and the card that is included says just what I asked to be written. They are often delivered in a nice box and instructions of how to put them in a vase properly.

Placed a order for my son's teacher birthday for Friday. Order was never delivered, when I called to inquire about it, stated they can have it resent on Tuesday the following week. NEVER AGAIN will I order from this place. If you wanna make someone feel special on their birthday I definitely wouldn't recommend this place unless you're sending a belated birthday gift. Awful awful. Ordered on Sunday for a funeral on Tuesday form 10-1 pm. I called to check status and they said they would arrive by 8:00 pm. The lady on customer service could barely speak English and kept asking if I wanted to reschedule the order and I said within the next hour. It was literally one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Sadly my friends family never got the flowers for the funeral. Will be calling AMex to contest the order. Don’t use this service.

My boyfriend TRIED To surprise me with flowers for valentines day EXCEPT they delivered them to the wrong address and even had someone else sign for them? I NEVER received the flowers even though my name, phone number, work address AND the NAME of my work were listed but somehow still let a stranger take them home. Then offered to have my SURPRISE FLOWERS delivered 2 days later. What was supposed to be a romantic valentines day turned into a customer service nightmare and NO I will absoloutely never use this site again.

Ordered 36 valentines roses two weeks ago to be delivered yesterday. Received 18 half dead wilted roses for my wife’s valentines gift. Not only did I not receive the amount ordered, the “roses” I received were a joke. I called customer service right away and asked for resolution. They could not send a new order in time for Valentine’s Day, and said they could only provide a 50% refund! They are a rip off do not order from them! Customer service is terrible. I ended up going to a local florist to buy more roses to make my wife’s gift what she truly deserves.

Do yourself a favor, find another florist. Unreliable, horrible Customer svc. My friends dad died and I tried to send food and dessert for a house full of people the day before the funeral. Surprise.... It didn't make it. They said they would try to deliver the following day, WHEN NO ONE WAS HOME! Customer svc told me I had to call their vendor myself to cancel order and refund my money. $129.00 later.... I'm still waiting. What an overpriced, unreliable crap show.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Ordered from them for our daughter-in-law's birthday three days early. The order did not arrive on the birthday. Called Customer Care and was not willing to reimburse my money. Delivery after an occasion is not acceptable. Maybe not the company's fault but it is their contracted delivery source. I will NEVER use this company again. Do not take responsibility for missing delivery dates.

I had a bad experience. I didn't receive what I bought, I didn't receive it the day I asked for it. They changed my order without consulting me and delivered it a day late. It was for birthday and if I knew it wasn't going to be delivered on the day I would have canceled and delivered in person. I only asked for the flowers because it promised to deliver the same day if I bought it before 2:30pm. I bought it at 9:30 am. In the end the flowers were $10 more expensive than I chose. I've never had such a bad experience shopping online...

The flowers have when wilted several times. The positive is they will refund your money. They also dont last as long as other flowers i have has delivered. Also the deliver is late sometimes so it does not arrive in the day it was intended to arrive.

For Mothers Day I recieved 2 dozen mildly tulips! 1 800 Flowers is impossible on refunds! They offer a credit of 20.00 on next purchase. Plus a re delivery. Over 1 week later they had not delivered nor sent back refund! I have pictures of these moldy flowers. I just wish I could upload photos for people to see! Horrible experience. $130.00!!!!!

Had sympathy flowers being sent for a funeral and it was scheduled to arrive the 11th. After numerous attempts and many robots later I finally spoke to real person. They said the florist didn’t have the flowers needed. Okay well why am I just now getting this info that I had to reach out for. No one emailed me or called to inform me of the late arrival or even the issue. I’d rather have different flowers than miss the funeral. They seemed pretty blasé about it all as well which is just pretty awful on top of it all.

I would give zero star if I could. Never received roses sent to me and the company is claiming they called and roses were delivered. I stayed at home all day long with my phone on my side. I’m getting deployed soon and it was supposed to be my birthday and deployment gift. They refuse to give refund claiming it was delivered. They want to redeliver but as I claimed, due to train up I am no longer available to receive them. I waited over two hours to talk to an agent.....Worst service ever

This is a horrible company I called and the cust svc rep and was hung up on and this purchase was over $160 after tax. I ordered these on Saturday morning for same day delivery. After 15 phone calls (literally) from your company, I was notified yesterday that the flowers were never delivered. It took over an hour to get a representative on the phone and he offered me NEXT day delivery for flowers that should have been delivered 2 days ago. This is unacceptable customer service. At the time I am writing this email I have now been on the phone over 1 1/2 hours.

1800-FLOWERS looks very appealing. However, they are not in control and their local vendors can be great or absolutely terrible. I ordered a large, beautiful sympathy bouquet for my best friend's funeral. I ordered it a day and a half before the funeral. It cost nearly $200 and was supposed to be the large. The bouquet that arrived was smaller then the dimensions of the small size listed, almost an hour late, and heavily damaged. The flowers were substandard, with very few roses and lilies; mostly daisies, carnations, and damaged snap dragons. Very, very disappointed.

My dad passed away in November of 2021. I received a package in the mail from 1800-FLOWERS. The package was sent to me by a family member in another state. I was really disappointed in my package as the flowers that were sent were not enough to even fill the vase that was sent with the flowers. I think 1800-FLOWERS can do better and at least send a bouquet of flowers that will fill the vase that was sent with the flowers.

There is a great selection online, beautiful arrangements shown to order but beware that you don't always get what you pay for. Your order gets passed to a local florist which fulfills and delivers it and sometimes it's what it looks like in the picture and sometimes it's not even close.

I have had mixed experiences with this company. Sometimes the flowers are perfect and exactly what was pictured or they can almost be completely different. Totally get that seasonality can play a factor with making substitutions but it shouldn't completely change from the image that was used to make a purchase. Website is very user-friendly.

We use 1800 flowers for Mother's Day flowers every year. For the most part we have been happy with their service, but be careful when you add any extras on to your order. We ordered chocolates to go with our flowers this year and there was NO chocolates delivered with the flowers!

Received a bouquet as a gift. The flowers were dead. I alerted the person who sent them along with photos. As I understand it 800 flowers gave her a hard time. The box did not sit out on a porch- we took the box right from the FedEx guys hands. Will never use them based on what I received and would not recommend them to anyone.

They sent the flowers I ordered on the wrong day and put on the receipt accepted date that I had not agreed to, refused to cancel the order only 2 hours after I placed it and enrolled me in some club and charged $30 for it and would not cancel or refund that. Do not use them. Poor service and a scam.
