1800-Flowers has some beautiful flowers and plants but they seem to have difficulty getting things delivered on time. And their customer service reps are nice enough but have very little power to actually handle any issues. I will likely order from them again but not soon.

The prices are good, the product options are good, the customer service is good, the online experience is good, but the quality of the flowers is sometimes poor. 800-flowers will always make good on their guarantee, but you can't really recover from wilting flowers.

My husband sent me roses thru 1800 flowers. They were almost dead, truly lifeless. The customer service department was really nice. They actually resent more roses but the quality was just not there.

There is a great selection online, beautiful arrangements shown to order but beware that you don't always get what you pay for. Your order gets passed to a local florist which fulfills and delivers it and sometimes it's what it looks like in the picture and sometimes it's not even close.

I have ordered flowers from them now twice, the first flowers remained fresh for about two days, I thought I got bad flowers and bought another order, same result. The flowers from my local grocery store stay fresher longer and are cheaper! And I’m in Utah!

This service is pretty good. I have found on numerous occasions that what I order and what actually arrives can be very different. Totally get seasonality but it would be nice if the florist making the arrangement could make a quick courtesy call to discuss the substitutions.

I have had mixed experiences with this company. Sometimes the flowers are perfect and exactly what was pictured or they can almost be completely different. Totally get that seasonality can play a factor with making substitutions but it shouldn't completely change from the image that was used to make a purchase. Website is very user-friendly.

We use 1800 flowers for Mother's Day flowers every year. For the most part we have been happy with their service, but be careful when you add any extras on to your order. We ordered chocolates to go with our flowers this year and there was NO chocolates delivered with the flowers!
