9Round is great for those who want to get a quick HIIT workout in with limited timing. The majority of times, the classes are smaller so I've had more one-on-one time with instructors. I would definitely continue going to a bigger gym, but it is always nice to have something on the side that is more target based.

My sister and I joined 9Round for a few of the winter months. I was so impressed with their friendliness and how welcoming they were. The work-out's are awesome and instructors very helpful and encouraging. I love getting an intense and complete work-out in 30 min. I do wish it was less expensive.

I loved 9Round! I only went once with my friend as a visitor, but it was great! I felt like 30 minutes was a little too short for me, but I loved having a coach walking me through my excerise the whole time!

9Round offers great classes at their gym. I like the HIT clases if you care looking for a quality teacher and getting a good workout in for the day.
