The Good

• Expert analysis
• Great gameplay
• Draft client

Fox Sports Fantasy Football offers nearly everything the average user can expect from a fantasy football provider:

Expert Analysis

Because this fantasy football service is connected to the Fox Sports Network, users gain access to comprehensive analysis from industry experts. In addition to blogs, podcasts, and expert videos through their fantasy football site, Fox Sports also offers a television show that is dedicated to fantasy football strategy and analysis in Fantasy Football Uncensored. This show scrutinizes players' performances and injuries, and attempts to project a player's overall value to a fantasy organization.

Gameplay

In addition to Fox Sports's expert analysis, its actual fantasy football gameplay provides users with a similarly in-depth experience. Optimized for both desktop and mobile, Fox Sports gives users access to matchup rankings, an interactive message board, and most importantly live scoring.

Draft Client

Fox Sports also provides users with a full draft client, which features a mock draft, online and offline drafts, and a for-purchase draft kit. This allows users to take as much time as they need to hash out drafting strategies as they prepare for the season. Fox also provides draft day support where users can chat online with other users and experts and work towards creating the best lineup possible.

The Bad

• No paid options
• No competing for money
• Customer complaints

A major difference between Fox Sports and many of its competitors is the fact that Fox does not offer any paid options for its fantasy football leagues. While Fox keeping its services free of charge in no way counts against its score, the fact that other services offer users the chance to compete for cash and other prizes demonstrates a lack of versatility on Fox's end, and serious plays looking to profit financially from their fantasy football success should consider other providers instead of Fox. Several users have also complained that Fox's mobile app is slowed by too many ads, which can make keeping track of your team's score difficult.

The Bottom Line

Overall, Fox Sports Fantasy Football offers a competitive fantasy football package, and save for the paid league option, it provides users with comparable analysis, gameplay, and draft features. When choosing a fantasy football platform that is network-supported, the major differences are slight. Selection comes down to a matter of preference; if you already prefer Fox Sports to other major sports networks, chances are you will prefer their fantasy sports app as well.
