Overnight Glasses has been a great fit for my chaotic lifestyle. It’s so easy to order glasses and I can do it in the middle of the night verses during business hours when I too am working, therefore, I like their flexibility best and the products are great.

I ordered replacement lenses for my mother, who was visiting me in PA but live in NV. There's shipping label error that could have been solved easily with customer support but unfortunately THEY DON'T HAVE ANY!!! I called over 100 times but it always goes to answering machine. I started writing email but the guy who is responding doesn't even refer to our previous conversation so he always starts from the beginning. At this time I am so worried that I am going to lose my $159.I have started dispute with my bank . This is what I want you to reconsider before you order this company. I didn't get any service yet so no matter how long it takes, i will recover my money. What if after you recieved your glasses, you need help and try to reach out to this company???? BUYERS BEWARE!!!

I had my my own frames shipped to them. I got an email that they got my glasses and it’s in the cutting phase. I waited 5 days and not update. I contacted them and told me that my glasses was shipped on March 11th. And provided me with a wrong tracking #. It’s now March 23rd and I still haven’t gotten my glasses. Contacted them 3 times already The 2nd time they said they will look into it and has not followed up on me in 5 days. I had to contact them again and no reply. I had to reverse the charge on my credit card not only that They lost my $118 pair of Oakley frames. This company sucks period.

Uses cheap mailing methods through stamps.com. They lost my frames that I sent in for new lenses. I was able to obtain the usps records which was suppose to be an internal document and it showed that they spent $3.21 for shipping the frames. No insurance or even use reliable service as ups or fedex. Definitely not an overnight service. I get more advertising from them that over ways the cost of shipping. only if they move their resources and make sure they deliver a good product as promise they won't be need to spend it on advertising. I would not recommend using overnight glasses

Hi Jay. Please let us know the order number. We will order new frames to replace the ones that got lost. We are working to implement new features to be able to insure and track lens replacement orders. These issues are pretty rare to happen and we cover the cost of the frames (regardless of carrier) even if it was lost in-route.

this is a terrible company! they advertise overnight glasses but for me this was hardly the case. I ordered them more than 5 days ago and still havent received confirmation they have been made and they were simple one lens glasses! Basically I have wasted $250 for glasses I will not receive before I leave. and the overnight service they use UPS doesn't deliver on Saturdays!! BEWARE OF THIS FALSE ADVERTISING! they don't even deserve one star and even though they list a phone number they never answer the phone!

I ordered glasses , paid a ton for next day delivery. They did not look good, I mailed them back. 30 days after my order, still waiting for my refund. First, they shouldn’t use the name Overnight and use the term Free Shipping if you have to pay an outrageous, non refundable fee to receive them overnight. Second, it shouldn’t take so long for my refund. Never using again!!!

Very unhappy. Horrible service. I just received my glasses. The prescription was completely wrong! It was suppose to be a -4.0 and they put +4. 0 in the glasses. Plus I paid $59 for Next Day Rush and they sent them to be three days later. I requested a refund of shipping and got no response. I called to try and replace the glasses and no one answers and it says mail box full.

Firs of - it took much more than 1 night. Second - i got my glasses back totally unusable - frame is deformed to the point that glasses are dropping out with any move i make. Frame e is totally normal and used before for the prescription lenses without issues. The customer service is the worth - a few weeks since i complained and still no answer!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Unfortunately, they do not stand by their product. I replaced lenses in two frames with them. One is holding up nicely. In another, one lens developed a noticeable stress crack in it. I contacted the company. Their answer was “send it to us we’ll put new lenses in”, but they want me to pay ... again. Would anyone deal with a company like that?

Horrible company fake review on the actual site. I sent my frames in for lenses on the 3rd today is the 14th. It still saying in production I have called as well as sent emails with no responds. I have requested my money and frames back with no responds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES. Steal your frames and money and will not respond. I will be contacting my attorney and bank to report fraud
