During the trial period, you can submit and approve your own claims or use Xero’s demo company.

Even if expense management software is all you need, you can’t purchase a standalone expense tracking product from Xero. Xero Expenses must be purchased as a bundled plan with Projects and Multi-Currency.

The Bottom Line
Xero offers the breadth of expense tracking features businesses want and need with sufficiently secure data protection. However, the product comes at a cost of $60 per month without an option for more affordable, standalone expense tracking.
