Unfortunately, there is a lot of information missing on SutiAP's website that would be helpful for consumers. For example, there is little information regarding SutiAP's pricing. SutiAP claims that it has a flexible pricing model (users can pick a specific plan and only pay for the features they use). However, there is no more information about the plans and how much consumers can expect to pay. Additionally, the website states, "The basic version of an application is usually free, while other versions are competitively priced." It's a little unclear whether or not SutiAP's basic version is free or not, so we recommend calling the company for more information. 

There is also not a lot of information about the kind of customer support SutiAP clients receive. Does the company provide 24/7 online support? Do clients call in, email, or submit tickets for questions or issues.   

Forms

When visiting the SutiAP website, consumers may be frustrated with the number of forms they have to fill out. The company has you fill out a form for pricing information. You have to fill out another form to download a product sheet and yet another form to schedule a demo. You'll also need to fill out a form to watch a video about SutiAP's Accounts Payable software.

It would be nice if this information were given upfront and available on the website. Having to fill out form after form may cause consumers to lose interest in SutiAP's services and look at other options.
