The Good

• Online Resources
• Products and Services

Online Resources

Oracle has two main online resources that are helpful when considering ERP software services:

• Online Oracle ERP Specialist: Oracle's website provides a way for potential users to ask questions through a live chat with an Oracle ERP representative
• Oracle Cloud Product Tour: This tour allows users to see what the Oracle Cloud does and how it can affect their business models

Products and Services

According to the Oracle website, the company offers a wide variety of ERP products and services. These include enterprise resource planning products, enterprise performance management, financials, manufacturing and planning, order management, procurement, project portfolio management, and risk management.

The Bottom Line

Oracle provides two strong online resources and a wide variety of products and services; however, they leave out vital information and do not include an easy way to locate their ERP web page. Overall, this company might not be suitable for those who are looking for companies with website clarity.
