The Good

  • Reasonably Priced
  • Variety of Resources

Reasonably Priced

Not only does Wootric disclose its pricing, but the company offers fairly reasonable prices. There is a free account for those who want to try out Wootric's basic services. However, the next package is the Essential plan, and that is only $89 per month. The plan includes all free features, plus the following:

  • 30-day trial of the Pro Plan
  • Export all data
  • Automatically drive reviews and referrals
  • Trigger surveys via Intercom, ZenDesk, and Mixpanel
  • Sandbox account

Wootric's most popular plan — the Pro Plan — offers all of the Essential plan's features plus the following:

  • Data segmentation
  • Tagging
  • Up to 5 seats
  • API access
  • Choose two channels: in-app web, mobile, or email
  • Up to 25,000 monthly active users

The Pro Plan is $224 per month.

Variety of Resources

Wootric offers a variety of resources on its website. Anyone can learn about CX management and learn how to start growing their company/brand. The site provides a few e-books, webinars, blog articles, and more.

The Bad

  • Additional Features Cost More
  • Can Only Contact the Company via Email

Additional Features Cost More

Although Wootric is pretty upfront with its plan pricing, clients can add on some additional features. While the features aren't required, to add these to a plan will end up raising the final price.

Can Only Contact the Company via Email

Wootric's Contact Us page is a bit bare. The only way customers can get in contact with the company is by the email form. While this isn't the biggest flaw, it does hinder customers who prefer to call to get information.

The Bottom Line

Wootric is best for companies that are focused on their customers and who are looking for a robust CX software. Businesses are often overwhelmed with feedback being spread across all kinds of channels — online reviews, surveys, support tickets, etc. — and Wootric makes it easy to understand the big picture. The platform allows users to analyze all the data from one place.
