That’s where UserTesting comes in; all users need to do is sign up, visit a specific website or app, complete a set of tasks (all while speaking your thoughts out loud), and get paid. Site testers provide valuable feedback and allow companies to make necessary updates or changes to their websites. It is entirely free to be a user tester, and testers get paid $10 for each completed test (testers can earn up to $60 for a live conversation with a customer). Testers will need access to a PC or Mac computer or an iOS or Android phone (keep in mind that the devices must meet a specific set of requirements). All testers are paid through PayPal.
