SurveyGizmo knows that training an entire team can be difficult and time consuming. To help, SurveyGizmo will send the SurveyGizmo Training Team to meet either online or in-person to provide a private training session. The session will consist of a tailored plan that covers specific topics. Scheduling a training session is fairly simple as interested users can fill out the online form on the website.

While SurveyGizmo offers several paid plans, there is a free account for those who only need small and simple surveys. While users can only create three surveys (at a time) and receive 100 responses, the surveys have an unlimited amount of questions per survey (the majority of other companies put a 10 question limit on free accounts).

Compared to other companies in the industry, SurveyGizmo’s plans are a bit on the expensive side. The Collaborator plan is $25 per month or $300 billed annually. The Professional plan is $85 per month or $1,020 billed annually, and the Full Access plan is $150 per month or $1,800 annually.

While the Collaborator plan is mainly used for simple polls and surveys, the plan allows users to create unlimited surveys with unlimited questions and unlimited responses. The Professional plan is a powerful data collection and reporting tool. It offers some additional features such as advanced question types, segment and filter reports, A/B split testing, and more. As its name suggests, the Full Access plan is all of SurveyGizmo’s features in one plan.

However, it could be the prices are continually rising because SurveyGizmo keeps adding new capabilities and platform functionalities.
