Having worked in the industry for nearly a decade, I've been promised a lot by electronic medical records providers. It always seemed like they could provide what you asked for, but it never happened. All the EMR's we tried to use were either outdated and overly complex or they didn't have the behavioral health application we needed. This is by and far the easiest, most simple platform we have ever used. Little to no training and the customer support is amazing. They care about the service you provide for your clients. So many cool features, like their UR template. It has saved us thousands of hours in work and documentation.

Being skeptical of any new EMR, I was blown away by the simplicity and work product created. They understand how clinicians work flow correlates to their platform and it systematically incorporates medical necessity criteria. Simple and easy to follow templates make sure you stay on track. Customer service is also top notch.
