My dog absolutely loves it and even me being a human, I think it smells good, it smells really fresh. The customer service is pretty good. Sometimes I want to make some changes to the order they get back to you the next week. The dog food is perfect, but for the cat food, they need to come up with several more options.

I like that it's human grade good. The customer service listens to what I have to say although there's some issues that I would like to be changed. I don't like the new packaging that they are using. I feel like it uses a lot of plastic and a lot of materials. It's very wasteful and kind of a pain to use.

I like how it's pre packaged with what your dog eats. When I order a month's supply, I could like them to send me a different kind for each week so my dog isn't stuck with the same thing.

The customer support gets back to you quickly. With the delivery, if you can't make the date, they don't let you switch to another wait and you still wait a month to see if they can be more flexible.

Anytime I've had problems, they were very responsive usually through email. I'd rather talk to somebody, but that seems to work pretty good. I would like them to change the packaging. I have a lot of trouble opening the new packaging. It's nothing at all compared to the old packaging.

Most of the ingredients, and mostly the chicken one my dogs love so much. The pork one, the squash is not fully digested by the dogs. So I would say that some of the vegetables need to be cooked a little bit more than what's being sent. I sent my feedback to the customer support and I didn't receive any kind of response.

I've been purchasing NomNomNow for about five months. It was kind of a fluke. I got an ad through email from the AKC. I have a purebred Scottie who's registered through them. And so, I kinda took a look at NomNomNow's website from there, and it intrigued me. I also liked what I saw on their website and how they described the process of making their food and what goes in their food. My dog doesn't have any formulation preference because they give me the ability to choose a variety of all their flavors, and that's what I do. And since I've been using it, my dog literally dances every time I pull one of those packets out of their fridge and she sees it. So, to me, that's the proof in the pudding. And I love the fact that NomNomNow is using fresh ingredients. And when I look at that dog food, I can actually see the meat and the vegetable, and I can tell what the ingredients are just visually looking at it. And also, it doesn't smell too bad.

I like that I was able to talk to a customer service specialist and I like the pieces of meat and vegetable and grain. It looks like something that I would maybe eat myself as well. Due to changes in packaging and budget I needed help determining how much to give my dog as a meal supplement (1/2 nom nom now, 1/2 kibble) . The customer service team responded to me immediately; they were extremely helpful and followed up with me afterwards to make sure it was all clear. One con that I have is that I feel like there ends up being a lot more waste than if I was buying a 50lb bag of kibble versus these smaller portioned bags with nomnomnow, but they do use dry ice for packaging (the only food service I’ve known to do this, human or pet) and have all recycled /recyclable packaging materials.

I wish they would make their food friendly for older dogs, three out of four flavors have hard pieces of potatoes. Their pack is awful and you need scissors to cut, when they provide a flap to pull that''s glued shut. I do like the food but my dog is bored and I feel the need to try something else. Have contacted them, they don''t seem to care

They should include a packing slip or a copy of the invoice in the box. It would be nice if it came in bigger quantities. As a breeder and a kennel, I have a lot of dogs that could be on it if it came in a five pound bag.
