Love the concept researched about the difference between kibble and human grade food. Wish it wasn't so expensive my fur baby is only 12 lbs can't imagine what it would cost for a heavier dog. Suggestion would be holiday package favors. For example have a December, November, October monthly special flavor; different assortments of food currently my dog is already bored of two of the four don't know how much longer he will continue to like the other two choices

It is made well, I have tasted it myself and it seems to live up to great human food. I like that is individually packaged per meal, though it is a little confusing because I have a big dog and a small one. I have never had any delivery issues and one time I had it shipped to a different address for vacation and they successfully completed that.

My dog is eating it and seems to like it. It seems to be good quality food and it stopped her skin allergies so I'm happy with it. Anytime I have contacted them, the person that service my account is always responsive and courteous. I am happy with it and hope they keep doing what they're doing.

I like that this food is health and convenient. NomNomNow is always very receptive. The food seems a little bit more based on her weight than what she actually wants to eat each day and there are some meals where she picks out certain things like the carrots and things like that. I think it's good quality for the price but I do wish that she liked the taste of it more.

My dog wouldn't eat kibble or other canned foods. This is the only food he would eat. I really like the company and my dog loves your food. Nom Nom Now is always on time and when they have to change the delivery date, they send me extra food as a back up.

I had a suggestion for them about their packaging and I contacted them one time about it and they were very nice about it. It's pricey, I wish it didn't cost as much as it did, but it's very good quality so I can't really complain too much.

NomNomNow is the most customizable. It is able to help a lot of my dogs dietary restrictions. Every time I've called them, even if they didn't answer the call, they would be right back and make sure that I'm happy before I got off the phone.

I haven't engaged much with the customer service. Maybe once when I told them that the delivery was dropping off the boxes with the wrong side up so they addressed that right away. I also like that they kept on trying to improve the delivery packaging to make sure that it stays fresh.

They are very prompt to answer and if not very prompt to call back and they are always extremely helpful. My only suggestion is to make their boxes a little lighter. When you have multiple dogs, the package that comes is very heavy.

We like the fact that it's made of natural ingredients. Last year we had several packages of the food that came in that were spoiled because of the heat and they replaced them at no charge with no problems. It's very expensive but we've got a small dog and it works well for her. If we got two labrador retrievers, it wouldn't work so well.

They seem interested when talking to me and it comes on time and is well packaged. My dog seems to like it. I think the meals sometimes have too much potato or starch but I like the vegetables that they do have in it and she seems to like it and it seems to agree with her. It's a nice composition because her teeth are very bad so it's just right for her situation.

We bought it because he always gets heavy and he's actually lost weight on the NomNomNow. They're very responsive and stay in touch. It's an excellent company. I'm not crazy about their new packaging. It took me a while to take the zip top off and sometimes the dog food goes everywhere.

It's really healthy and my dog loves it. It's convenient. So far I've seen a difference in my dog. I've called the customer service and they are easy to work with. It's a little bit more expensive than the other three brands I've tried but my dog didn't like the other ones so it doesn't make a big difference for me because my dog likes it.

It looks like a healthy food. It's packed very well and it seems like a really healthy food. I've never had a problem with it. If I ever had any questions, they always got right back to me. If there were any problems with the shipment getting hot or anything in the food, they replaced it right away. So they are very responsive.

I purchased it for my cats and it seems like it's the healthiest thing I could get that was readily available and convenient. I never had a problem getting help for what I needed or to change my shipment. I wish they had more cat flavors because my cat is a little pick and there only like two flavors that they have.

I like the variety of having multiple different flavors and to me I think it's good quality. I wanted to change the orders sort of because I also cook food at home that I feed the dogs. So I had to change the timing of the delivery and the amount for the dogs to try to get it to fit my schedule better because they have a regimented scheduling program. Maybe include more of the meat and bone broth that comes from the cooking process so that they get more of the nutrients coming out of bones and bone marrow.

I wanted human grade food and there aren't a lot of choices for that. I tried another one and my dog didn't like it so I thought I'd try NomNomNow. I get it four times a month. The quality of the three is good. The quality of the fourth, I don't like. I don't like that you can't order three. You have to either order two or four. The chicken one is half carrots and my dog doesn't like carrots. I wish they would change the chicken one to have something other than carrots.

They are very responsive when you reach out either through text message, email, or chat. The only thing I have to change is the sustainability of their product. They've made improvements but it's still a lot of packaging being thrown away and such.

It has very fresh ingredients and my dog loves it. They're very responsive. The website is fairly pretty good. They have a tab at the opening of the package that you're supposed to be able to just hold the front and the back part and it doesn't work all the time. It maybe works 25% of the time.

I like the old packaging, the new packaging makes a mess when you open it which is really annoying. I had messages a couple of times about the packages being warm when they arrived and they said they were going to put temperature programs on my box but they never did that. I only use the product as a topper. I don't use it as a meal substitution. They generally get back to me on some questions I have. They changed their packaging to more of a vacuum pack, and it's a pain in the morning to try to feed the dogs because it's not as easy as the old method which is just slice the end of the package and scoop it right out. This one has cracks and crevices that are frozen and even when unfrozen they don't come out.

I like the dog food because it's still fresh and my dogs like it. Sometimes there seems to be a little bit more carrots in it than meat or a few more veggies than actual protein. But my dogs seem to like it so I'll stick with it. I've talked to them several times and they've been very helpful.

I've been doing DIY meals at home and it's just easier to order online instead of making it myself. You have to call them to cancel and that's kind of annoying and a lot of times there's problems with the shipment like they forgot once a few packets. I think it's kind of tedious that you have to call them. I'm hoping they can come up with new recipes that don't have potatoes. It seems like it's too oily and the chicken is too fatty.
