Freedom Debt Relief

This is the best program I haven’t been in it long and already have two paid accounts. I can’t wait to I’m out of debt. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I never had such great experiences with a company like FDR. I would recommend them to everyone. I’m finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you so much.

my experience is very good and is very trustworthy

I have never had a company go above and beyond for me like this. Every time I get off the phone with a rep from FDR I'm left thinking "wow this company knows how to be amazing at helping people and executing the task. I can't thank FDR enough.

I started with Freedom Debit Relief as soon the pandemic started I was hit hard max my credit cards they understand stood and was able to help with my debit. I couldn’t be any happier with them no hassles they did what they say they are going to do! They give me a piece of mind

Customer service is great I never had a major issue but I'd I called about payment or other questions they were thr greatest. TO be honest I don't have a complaint things have gone smooth and Freedom Debt has been meeting everything they said they would do or try. Well I would to say that there effort on my behalf has been great and they are not just trying but they are doing.

Since day one FDR have kept me up to date on every issues regarding my debts accounts and pertinent settlements resolution. I couldn’t be more excited about their hard working to resolve my unfortunate circumstances. I’m looking to the day when all of my debts have been paid off. My gratitude to FDR for all you do.

I'm pleased to know they will be taking care of my debt to help me get on my feet. They explained their program in terms I could understand. They helped me understand the negative credit score in the beginning but how it would improve my credit score in the end. Just knowing I can call them anytime with questions put my mind at ease.

Freedom Debt Relief helped our stress and took care of what needed to be done in a timely manner. FDR kept us well informed along the way which was a tremendous help. We would recommend anyone struggling to contact FDR and inquire about their program!!!

I am writing you about my experience with Freedom Debt Relief. I enrolled in the program in August 2020. I needed this program to help me get back on track after changes in my job. The program for the most part has been very good, and your customer service team is exceptional in their responses on my account. I was able to settle on one account and that helped me tremendously. The problem I encountered when one creditor took legal action against me. I provide all the legal information to your customer service team and they advised it has been referred to your legal partner McCarthy Law. On May 19 after all the legal information was provided, I received a call from your sister company Consolidated Plus on a loan to help me settle the account. A few weeks had past and I called your customer service to see what the status of the account was. They advise it had been referred to McCarthy and they are working on the account and someone from McCarthy would call me within 48 hours with a status. After another week passed, I did not hear from McCarthy so I called McCarthy for a status and could not reach anyone to get a status. I told the receptionist that I have a court date of June 21 at 1:15pm and need to see what I need to do to somehow push the date while the settlement was going on. After several attempts to reach someone I was able to talk to Mrs. J who said they only work on the negation of settlement and not the court part. This was extremely disturbing with a court date coming up and they couldn’t provide me with better advice. I understand there is a process and it can take time but the communications from McCarthy was terrible. I am not a legal person, but they could have provided better insight on what I could do until the settlement is complete. My Recommendations are the following: The communications between FDR and McCarthy need to be fixed. It is unacceptable for poor communication. They could have email or called me to give me a status. They are in partnership with your company and clients will only see FDR as a problem. They are paid a fee to represent your clients and when a court date is near, they could provide better legal guidance to your clients. To say they only oversee the settlement and nothing else doesn’t help your customers. They could have said we will help you with the process of a continuous until the settlement is complete. 3. Communication is everything and when a company has a partnership with your company that is representing your clients a better status needs to be provided on how the progress is going with the settlement which is very important to your customers. Thank You Ernest Nelson

I am very happy with this company, they have been great help with my debt. Is a relief to know that I’m getting a reliable and professional assistant. They have been very clear on the way the work, answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable and safe. Thank you so much, Carolina Pantaleo

Right from the start it couldn’t have been easier to get going and continue to get my debt under control you get updates. And encouragement every step of the way. I couldn’t be more pleased with the progress and ease of working with Freedom Debt Relief.

Freedom Debt Relief made the entire process efficient and easy to understand. I am graduating this month and I have paid down my accounts with an affordable plan. Their negotiation skills and support throughout this experience were invaluable.

The company did at the beginning work with me well to come up with a monthly payment that I could handle and encourage me with enrolling all my debts. When I fell on the hard times they were able to help me adjust the amount of my monthly payment for that month a few times. But then things change they said all the sudden I had a new settlement and my monthly amount went up over $100 making it more than half of my monthly income. Then it seems like all the sudden my payments to the creditors were less than 25% of my monthly payment to the company so why am I paying you guys to do a job that I can actually do on my ownAnd maybe actually have enough money left over to feed myself for the month

I was in severe trouble trying to keep up the minimum payments on credit cards and NEVER reduced the debt. Freedom has settler ALL my outstanding debt and saved me several thousand dollars in interest. It was a lot easier to budget one monthly payment and I didn’t have to deal with collections calls.

This has been the easiest best program EVER!!! We went from paying several hundred dollars a week to manageable monthly payments. We have actually been able to go on date nights that stopped due to all the medical debt we had. This is by far the GREATEST program ever!!!!

Everyone I have been in contact with; from the beginning to the present; have been very intelligent, caring, and informative. I have yet to have anyone not answer a question I have had. I truly believe they do care about me and my debt. Thank you Freedom Debt Solution!

I can't believe how quickly FDR is getting my accounts settled and I am thrilled that they are. I can honestly say to other people that this is the best way to clear up a lot of debt. I definitely recommend this program to those who are suffering with mountains of debt. Thank you FDR!!!
