I like best that they stick with me and keep their word. What I like the least is that they withdraw their earned fees first, which seems to slow settlements on the rest of the debts. I suspect that is because I am over-anxious to get it over with. I was not anxious to get into debt, I shouldn't be so impatient to get out.
