make sure that you read the agreement! The do not mention it to you during the conversation but there is a 23% charge to you base on you debt balance. Even if you do a consolation loan the 23% is added. Even though I negotiated 3 of my account.

When I signed up was told things would be resolved within a few months. 7 months in the program and only 2 accounts have been resolved. When you call you can only talk to the operator who tells you "they are working on it" and you can't talk to anyone else because "they are busy". I am sorry I ever signed up for the program.

They lied to me from day 1 and when I withdrew from program they kept my bank escrow after telling me I was getting the refund within 3-5 days! I have been where you all are - it's scary !
