Still for the me the best site to buy computer hardware. I used to by motherboards, memory, hard drives and build my computers using newegg. Never had issues with them. Lately, they made the site even better as if , for instance, if you select a motherboard, it would recommend other components that other people bought as well, like processors, memory.. this makes easier to build a whole computer.

My son was very happy with his cyberpowerpc. It came with keyboard and mouse too. Which was completely different then the other gaming keyboard and mouse we originally bought. It's perfect.

Horrible!!! Lost money, time and ultimately lost customers. I run an online business, I sell gaming equipment for computers and video game consoles. I ordered 2 PlayStation 4 wireless controllers from new egg. 15 days later the items had not even shipped. I called newegg on hold for 45minutes! Then they say "we will put in a ticket to cancel order, it takes 2 days to be approved" I'm like to get my money back? So I'm I go with it. 2 days later i get an email with partially copied message between 2 people from somewhere saying "a package is in Florida and will deliver soon just have them wait" so indescript and unprofessional. 3 days later i receive my package and only one controller. Yes just 1 controller. I take the one controller apart to build one of my products only to find out its nit even a genuine sony, its some off brand i cant even modify because its made a different way!!! That was 2 weeks ago. Still waiting for partial refund or 2nd product i paid for. Never again. I buy from eBay, Amazon, Alibaba, etsy, let go, Pinterest Daily! For my business and this has never happened ! Stay away from newegg
