You should be aware of the following conditions when signing up for the Pays-2-Share program:
- The program is limited to U.S. participants only.
- Coupon use transactions may take up to a few weeks to be reported to your account (however, it possibly could be reported within a few days).
- After a 30-day holding period and requesting payment, you will be paid via check.
- There is a strict one account per household policy. If multiple accounts are detected on the same computer, one or both of them could be automatically disabled.
- Users that regularly submit non-working coupons may have their account disabled (this includes submitting single-use codes).
- Any activity deemed as spam (including votes, comments, coupons) results in your account being permanently deactivated.

The company does have a reasonably thorough help desk and FAQ page, but if your issue is complicated, you’ll have to be patient while waiting for the company to see your message and get back to you.
