The conventional location for these important sections on competing sites is on a toolbar right on the front of the home page. On CouponCabin, this information is found at the bottom of the long elevator-styled website. They do, however, have an impressive and useful search tool right on the front of the homepage to help you find whatever you may be searching for. This location for the categories section may only be inconvenient for some, as the rest of the process for finding deals is clean and fast.

There is no fee to be a VIP. (I suggest everyone read terms for all details.) My only wish is that I could take advantage of the offers more often but I'm on a limited budget; which is a HUGE reason why I look for savings & cash back whenever I can; & I do!!

I use multiple cash back websites, and CouponCabin is one of the better sites. The automatic cash out threshold is great. Just set the dollar amount, and cash out method and once met, it is automatically processed. Also find stores that participate here, that don't with other cash back sites. I love the idea of the member's only special cash backs. What's better than getting a $50 on $50 cash back, or even higher amounts. The only problem I have is with the member's only specials. I've tried at least 50+ times for different deals, from several different stores, but never been able to get one. I'll be waiting the exact second they drop and it never seems to matter, I never win one of them. Makes me wonder if somehow the program is being cheated, or there are bots being used, or even that they may not actually be given away. Problem is there is absolutely no way to know if they are given away, if they are being "virtually stolen," or if they even exist. That's the only reason I give them 4 stars, instead of 5. You definitely take the good with the bad, and there is good here

I am really happy with how the deals from this company have worked for me. There are a lot of rules to each deal, but if you follow all the instructions exactly, the reward does pay out. The only thing I didn’t like was it takes kinda long to get money, for me it was almost 90 days. I have only had the opportunity to claim one deal, so I don’t know if other sites will allow a faster payout? But the amount I was promised was received on the day they said it would be available. So for me, I am a happy customer who will be using this site in the future and I would totally recommend this company! :)

From my experience, coupon cabin is very safe. I've been using them for a year now and have had no issues. They always seem to have a cash back or coupon option for whatever store I'm shopping for which makes saving easy. Try to plan when you sign up around large purchases because coupon cabin often offers a significantly larger cash back option for first-time users. For example, we bought two refurbished computers online when I signed up and got 5 or 7% off when usually cash back is around 1%. There are large $ back on $ spent at certain stores which come in an e-mail periodically. Ex) you buy $50 at Amazon and get $50 back. The only reason that I did not give Coupon Cabin 5stars is due to the difficulty of obtaining these $ back on $ spent features. The other aspects of the site are great!

For the most part I am happy with CouponCabin. The only part that is frustrating is all the EXCLUSIONS. Since I do a significant percentage of my overall shopping at super centers like Walmart and Sam's, I would expect to get large bonuses from them; however, the exclusions are so extensive that I rarely get much of anything from either. I really don't understand why they even bother to associate with these corporations if the exclusions are going to be so broad.

I have not had a bad experience yet. On one occasion, a Cash Back did not register, but Coupon Cabin was able to confirm everything they needed and got me my Cash Back! My only gripe is the time it takes to get cash back. But hey, it's never a bad thing when you get an email "out of the blue" indicating You've got some house money waiting for you to spend as you wish. All things considered, I get what I want, and then get cash back on top of that #WINNING !

This is a great site for saving some cash online. The utility is effortless. The only thing that bothers me is that even after activating CouponCabin when shopping online, a prompt to activate pops up every time I look at a new item (on the same site). Not only is it annoying, but it also creates a frustrating shopping experience and makes me anxious that maybe CC hasn't been activated. I have offered this feedback to CSRs and via web surveys. That being said, I tolerate the annoyance and anxiety because of the savings! Because, who doesn't like a better deal?!

Really like this rebate program. They track and post all transactions so you can keep up with what is supposed to rebated. They are honest in redeeming the rebate amount that is stated and the date it is due. I can also have it deposited into my PayPal account so I dont have to disclose my bank accounts in case of identity theft and hacking concerns. I will continue to use this app in the future. They have good cash back programs.

I like using coupon cabin for cash back, they have some great deals. There is one feature I'm not crazy about...they have these exclusives such as $100 back when you spend $100 or more. You click on it and it says it will be available in an hour or longer. You go back an hour later or longer and again it says it will be available in an hour. Basically, you never get the deal. It's annoying and a waste of time. Besides that I've been racking up cash back nicely. I haven't received my first check yet.

I was very cautious and had very low expectations from CouponCabin but now that I just received my first 50 dollar cashback from member offers, I am very pleased with CouponCabin and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends and family. I have one more cashback on way and I hope that CouponCabin will deliver again. That said, it requires a lot of patience to wait for cashback. It can take up to 2-3 months or even more. It also requires to follow strict guidelines to qualify for cashback.

I've had my money from CouponCabin put automatically into my amazon account and it's nice to have the extra cash to spend. You must be aware that your cart must be empty before you click on the CouponCabin cash back drop down. THEN put things in your cart for purchase. You will receive email updates each time you earn cash back. It's a simple as that.

I love the cash back programs for members only and think it should be raised to 3 times a month vs 2 times you can redeem offers, you can really save a lot of money, they always have coupons, I wish they would expand with more stores, and have the option to pick up in store and still receive your cash back. Cause sometimes packages get stolen when delivered to your home and that sucks when your cash back is voided because you have to call the company you purchase from to get your money back . Over all I am a satisfied customer and will always use coupon cabin and customer service is great

I thought that the larger cash back coupons were fake until I won one for $50 off $50. The cash back is still pending on my account, so I'm holding a star off this review to see if I actually get it. Most cash back offers are between 1%-2% of a purchase while you're shopping a supported site, but if you remember to claim it, it would add up over time.

I like Coupon Cabin and should use it more frequently than I do. I would’ve given 5 stars, but it is hard to get some of the GREAT Members Only deals. They are snapped up quickly. Still I understand that I am only one of thousands that are trying to pounce upon them at the same time. I think CC has one of the largest selection of coupons and stores and deals to choose from compared to Retail Me Not, EBates and some of the others.

I recently found CouponCabin after another company discontinued association with Home Depot. I love their cash back deals. They are quite generous, and they offer coupons too. I am very happy with CouponCabin. I just got my first check. It does take a while to go through the process, but all sites like this are the same. All sites have glitches from time to time. Download the widget to be sure that cash back is active. Customer service is quick to respond. I sent an email and they responded within 10 minutes! The $25 guarantee is for real.

I made a purchase that was supposed to give me $20 cash back in 60 days. It was well past the 60 and I went on the website to look into it. It said I was sent the rebate check weeks earlier. I never received this. I emailed cust. serv and told them I never received it. Within a say they came back and said they were reissuing a check and it would go out by Friday. It's great so far! I've made 2 purchases and received the cash bonus checks incredibly quickly. This tells me the online communication between CC and retailers is well wired. I'm impressed. I don't care for the gimmicky 'Be one of the first 10...' . Be clear and simple, no games.

My experience with them has been mostly positive. I find that their cash back deals are legit and surpass other similar sites. Companies I have received cash back from are Dell, Lakeside Collection, Target and Vitamin Shoppe. If you were going to shop there anyway, it's a treat to know that you will be getting the $ back in a couple of months!
