Keap (formerly known as Infusionsoft, the company rebranded in January 2019) is an all-in-one CRM software company designed to help small businesses manage growth.
With Keap, business owners can easily house all of their client activity and communications on one platform. Users can respond to incoming leads and existing contacts and keep detailed records of client and company information.
Plus, Keap allows you to easily keep track of all your business data from multiple sources with various software integrations.
Currently, Keap has four-tiered plans: Lite, Pro, Max, and Max Classic (formerly Infusionsoft).
The pricing for each plan will vary based on the number of contacts a business has (the more contacts, the higher the monthly price).
All plans include the following:
If you're not sure you want to fully commit to Keap just yet, we recommend trying out the free 14-day trial. The trial gives you full functionality of your chosen package. So if you select to test out the free trial of the Pro plan, you'll have access to everything the Pro plan has to offer.
Plus, you do not need a credit card to apply for the trial. This is appreciated since many companies will require a payment method for trials in the hopes you forget to cancel, and they can charge your card.
All of Keap's plans include Expert Coaching. This is part of the onboarding process, and users receive one-on-one coaching, daily training webinars, and personalized support.
Additionally, once everything is up and running, users (and their coach) will design a customized plan to accumulate more loads, convert additional clients, and create a loyal customer base.
Keep in mind that Keap's Expert Coaching program isn't optional (as a matter of fact, Keap states that in order to set users up for success, the Expert Coaching program is a prerequisite).
The Coaching program costs $499.
Business owners can easily integrate other apps with Keap.
In fact, Keap integrates with some of the most popular business apps, including the following:
Keap offers a variety of resources that can help if you're new to being a business owner and want some help navigating the waters or are just interested in learning more about sales, marketing, and business management.
The company website features hundreds of blog articles as well as user guides, checklists, planners, performance tools, live demos, webinars, and more.
Not everyone is ready to pay for CRM software; to combat this, many companies will offer a free version. The free version allows users to get familiar with the platform and use the most basic features.
Generally, companies provide a free version to entice users into becoming potential paying customers since they will be familiar with their platform and less likely to switch over to a new CRM.
Keap does not offer a free version. Your only chances to get a feel of the software are watching a demo or getting the free trial.
One thing we noticed while reviewing Keap's website is that there are too many pop-ups — one pops up every time you open a new page or tab.
While it's understandable that the company wants users to sign up for a live webinar demo, it becomes quite frustrating to constantly have to click "no," every time a new page is opened.
While we appreciate Keap disclosing its pricing on the website, we do think it is important for users to know that the prices shown are promotional pricing. The lower price you see on the website is only for the first five months. After that, your monthly price will go up.
Another thing to note is that the promotional pricing is only valid if you sign a one-year contract.
Promotional pricing is nothing new to the industry; however, it is something that many people miss when they're signing up, and we feel it is important to point out.
Keap is probably best for business owners who are serious about managing and scaling their business. It's a fairly comprehensive CRM, sales and marketing software that helps with client organization and communication, automates repetitive tasks, and integrates data from various apps.
Plus, all plans come with the Expert Coaching Program.
There isn't a free version, so you'll want to take advantage of the free 14-day trial and watch demos to ensure this software is right for your business. Also, be aware of the company's promotional pricing (which starts low, but after five months will increase).
We're on a mission to empower consumers to make the best decisions and connect confidently with companies that deserve their business.
