FieldCircle's website clearly discloses its plans and how much they cost. There are four tiers: Core, Team, Pro, and Enterprise.
The Core plan is only $10 per user per month. This is FieldCircle's most basic plan and includes the following features:
- Work order
- Calendar-based scheduling
- Recurring jobs, inspections and PM
- Timesheets
- Sales CRM
- Quotes and estimates
The Team plan is $15 per user per month and includes everything the Core plan has plus the following features:
- Customer app and portal
- Inventory
- Price list
- Real-time tracking
- Form Builder- build custom forms and checklists
- Sites and territory management
- Time tracking and timesheets
- Quickbooks integration
The Pro plan is $19 per user per month and includes everything FieldCircle's software offers. It includes everything the Team plan has plus the following features:
- Asset, warranty, and AMC
- Stock control and spares
- RFQ, vendor, and PO management
- Warehouse and depot management
- Territories and sites
There is a minimum of $150 per month for all plans (so the software may not be suited for really small teams or businesses).
The final plan FieldCircle offers is its Enterprise plan. This is the best solution for larger corporations, but you’ll have to contact the company directly for pricing information as it’s going to vary by company. With this plan you get custom pricing, open API’s, custom reports and integrations, plus a dedicated account manager.
Additionally, FieldCircle provides two free training sessions for new users. And FieldCircle doesn't believe in contracts, meaning you can cancel at any time without penalty. The training sessions are helpful as new clients can get one-on-one sessions and learn the ins and outs of the software. And if you decide the software isn't right for your company, you can cancel.
